Since our nearest temple has been closed for a few months for repairs, at the beginning of February we decided to make the 5-hour drive to Nauvoo to attend the temple there and do some sightseeing. Also, we don't know if we'll have another chance. We loved being back at the temple for the first time since our wedding there in 2003. Also, we stayed at a great condo for cheap and had great weather (60 degrees in February!).

How exciting to find some updates! That's a really good family picture in front of the Temple (both the old and new one). Your hair looks really good Sarah! Nauvoo is awesome...nice that it was only 5 hours away!
